REVISED GUIDELINES

Tthe following guidelines are now in effect:

- For those who are fully vaccinated, you are no longer required to wear a mask to attend Mass or any other liturgical or social function on Parish property.  We would also like to remind those who are fully vaccinated, that you are free and welcome to continue to wear masks if you choose to do so.

-For those who are not fully vaccinated, you must continue to wear masks when attending Mass or any other liturgical or social function held on Parish prperty  While there is no way for us to enforce this requirement, we would like to remind you that this obligatin borne from our commitment to protect human life, transcends the mandate of the State.  It flows from our very belief in the Lord of life, who commands us to protect, defend and respect all human life, from natural conception to natural death.

-No social distancing is required inside Church.  All pews are available for seating (however, a social distance section will be available in Holy Family Church).

We will continue to livestream our Sunday, 11:30am Mass on our Facebook page which is:

Highlights from a letter from the Connecticut Catholic Conference of Bishops

"We have decided to end the general dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation in person in each of our respective Dioceses effective May 22, 2021.  Given the reality that the pandemic has not yet completely subsided, we recognize that some persons may deeply desire to return to Mass in person, but are prevented from doing so for legitimate reasons.  These include (1) suffering from serious pre-existing conditions that may make a person more susceptible to falling ill from COVID-19: (2) being ill and homebound or being a caregiver in close contact with someone who is: (3)  having tested positive for any contagious disease, including COVID-19: (4) being in quarantine due to exposure to any contagious or residing with someone who is quarantined.  For anyone facing these circumstances, please remember that the Lord will never invite you to do something that poses a danger to oneself or others".
